Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in developing production-level agents using Agentic AI, Java, and Python. This role is crucial for the advancement of our AI initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in software development with a focus on AI agents.
• Proficiency in Java and Python.
• Experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• Knowledge of AI & Gen AI - Products & Tools.
• Prior work experience at a large bank or in the financial services industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with digital transformation projects.
• Familiarity with BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sectors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy production-level AI agents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions.
• Maintain and enhance existing AI systems to improve performance and scalability.
