Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy next-generation AI solutions leveraging Generative AI and autonomous agent frameworks. This role focuses on developing scalable, production-grade AI systems using foundation models and large language models (LLMs) to solve complex business problems across structured and unstructured data.

 

Location: Phoenix, AZ
Duration: 11 months

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement agentic AI systems, including prompt engineering, tool orchestration, RAG pipelines, and reasoning workflows
  • Build end-to-end AI pipelines (data ingestion, embeddings, model APIs, orchestration, and enterprise integrations)
  • Collaborate with AI Tech Leads and product teams to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions
  • Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI use cases with controlled deployment strategies
  • Implement observability, evaluation metrics, guardrails, and performance tuning for AI systems
  • Ensure enterprise readiness through documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational support

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic frameworks
  • Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Hugging Face)
  • Hands-on experience with NLP and at least one domain (image, video, or voice processing)
  • Experience with prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and model evaluation techniques
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Amazon CodeWhisperer)
  • Strong data skills using Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)

Experience:

  • 5+ years in AI/ML, Data Science, or related roles
  • Proven track record delivering AI solutions from prototype to production
  • Experience working in enterprise-scale, distributed environments

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field, or equivalent experience

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
