Mandatory Skills

·         Strong expertise in AI and Generative AI Architecture

·         Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++

·         Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch

·         Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

·         Experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)

Preferred Skills

·         Experience with data engineering and data pipeline development

·         Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools

·         Knowledge of NLP and computer vision

·         Experience developing APIs and microservices

·         Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

·         10+ years of software development experience with a focus on AI technologies

·         Proven experience leading projects and collaborating with diverse teams

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

·         Design, develop, and maintain software applications with a focus on AI and Generative AI technologies

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope

·         Implement AI models and algorithms optimized for performance and scalability

·         Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers

·         Stay up to date with the latest AI and software development trends and integrate new technologies

·         Participate in the full software development lifecycle from concept to deployment

·         Document software designs, processes, and best practices
