Job Overview:The Wide Format Printing Operator is responsible for managing the operation and maintenance of wide format digital printing and cutting machinery, ensuring the production of high-quality print jobs according to specified requirements and timelines. Shift and Pay Range:1st Shift: Tuesday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Pay: $19.00-$22.00/hr. What You'll Do:Set up and operate Agfa wide format printers.Set up materials and jobs per specifications.Monitor quality and equipment performance.Complete production records and job tracking in Pace.Perform routine maintenance and maintain a clean workspace.Follow all safety procedures and assist with production needs. What We're Looking For:Previous commercial printing experience required; wide format printing/cutting experience strongly preferred.High school diploma or GED.Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.Strong organizational and basic computer skills. Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Commitment to quality with a keen eye for detail. Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and multitask effectively. Positive and proactive attitude towards both external and internal customer satisfaction.
