Knife River Casper is accepting applications for an Aggregate Superintendent.
Applicant shall oversee aggregate mining production, sales, trucking, and reclamation operations.
• Applicant shall be able to work safely and follow all company policies. • Applicant shall be able to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with all personnel.
This is a full-time position that includes some travel to out-of-town sites.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years experience in aggregate sales, washing, crushing, screening, aggregate transfer, and/or gravel mine operations.
Must have a current valid drivers license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
Computer literacy using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, Apex, or other Command Alkon POS systems is a plus.
Strong leadership skills Supervisory experience Must be very reliable, able to work well under pressure, and have the ability to organize and prioritize work.
Need a positive attitude and the ability to work well with others.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Must have a strong commitment to safety and the ability to create a strong safety culture throughout the site.
