Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environment and areas.
Manage operations of the aggregate plant, including safety, production and maintenance; manage union employees.
Manage team through training, motivation, and measuring goals.
Support interaction and communication between employees, customers, and vendors.
Manage and resolve customer issues.

Requirements:
Associates degree preferred; or combination of education/technical school and relevant experience.
Must be safety oriented and experienced with MSHA regulations.
Previous construction management experience preferred.
