Commissioning, Crushing and Screening, Documentation, Equipment Maintenance/Repair, Identify Issues, Schematics, System Start-Up
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to operate, inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, aggregate equipment, crushers, screeners, conveyors, feeder, and wash plants
- Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, lubrications, inspections) based on manufacturer guidelines and company procedures.
- Fabricate, repair, and replace worn components on machinery and structures.
- Support equipment installations, start-ups, and commissioning
- Must be able to complete Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs) on new equipment
- Must be able to work directly with customers and plant personnel in the field
- Must be able to complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Must be able to recommend wear parts replacement to avoid unnecessary repair and downtime
- Must be able to read and interpret schematics, service manuals, and diagrams
