Job Description

We are seeking an IT Business Analyst III to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery, requirements analysis, and stakeholder facilitation, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes across the full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a servant leader and primary facilitator between business, development partners, and IT to align needs and solutions.
• Lead planning, elicitation, analysis, validation, and management of requirements and business processes.
• Guide teams to self-organize, remove impediments, and escalate issues to leadership when needed.
• Partner with Project Managers, Business Stakeholders, and interfacing IT groups on solution design, test case design, implementation planning, and go-live support.
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives and adapt to changing project demands.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies with hands-on experience using Jira or similar Agile tools.
• Effective time management with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Clear communication skills across organizational levels to improve transparency and radiate information.
• Ability to assess and improve Scrum maturity at a sustainable pace.
• Fluency in technology and strong knowledge of project and software development methodologies and techniques.
• Solid presentation, facilitation, interviewing, workshop, negotiation, and conflict-management skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Comfort using standard AI prompts and templates for story creation and compliance suggestions.

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent four years of related experience.
• Prior experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Role Logistics

• Approved location: Newark, DE. Hybrid schedule with a minimum of three days onsite per week.
• Target start: September or October. One to two interview rounds. Video required. Second round in person.
• ID verification via Glider will be conducted.
• On resume, include current location, relocation plan, availability, start date, and cooling-off requirement if applicable.
