Basic Qualifications:

• 5-6 years of experience as an Agile Automation Functional Tester
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java/Python
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools including Robot Framework, Selenium
• Strong understanding of software architecture and API technologies

Required Skills:

• Automation using Robot Framework
• Python
• Functional Testing
• Microsoft Azure and Cosmos DB
• Extensive experience in API testing and validation
• Proven expertise in database testing using SQL Server
• Strong hands-on experience working in Agile environments
• Test Management using Azure DevOps (ADO)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Kubernetes, Dockers and Containers, Red Hat OpenShift
• Point of Testing experience

Role and responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks and scripts
• Review application code to ensure testability and long-term maintainability
• Analyze, debug, and identify root causes of issues across test and production environments
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Developers, Product Managers, and DevOps engineers
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

Job description:

The Agile Automation Functional Tester will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated test frameworks and scripts. The role requires extensive experience in API testing, functional testing, and database testing.
