Overview
VTG/APG is seeking an Agile Business Analyst (ABA) to support U.S. Air Forces Central (AFCENT) mission systems and enterprise capabilities. This role operates in an Agile (Scrum‑preferred) environment and works closely with product owners, engineers, and operational users to translate mission needs into clear, actionable requirements. The ABA is a key liaison between government stakeholders, operational users, and technical teams, ensuring delivered solutions are operationally relevant, technically feasible, and aligned to AFCENT priorities.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum preferred) Strong understanding of requirements management, quality assurance, and testing practices Experience operating in fast‑paced, mission‑focused, cross‑functional environments Ability to facilitate discussions and guide diverse stakeholders toward consensus Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical and non‑technical information clearly Demonstrated professionalism, initiative, and collaborative mindset Experience using Jira or similar Agile project management tools Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Preferred fields: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines 3+ years of professional experience in technical support, business analysis, and/or delivery role(s) Prior experience supporting enterprise IT, service desks, or mission systems is preferred

US Citizenship required Active DoD Secret clearance required Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI eligibility
