    Description

    QualificationsNine or more years of programming or testing background; experience working with appropriate programming languages, operating systems and software as well as working with relational databases to facilitate programming softwareExperience working at least two (2) separate instances using multiple agile concepts and methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, Test Driven Development, and/or Continuous Testing and IntegrationDemonstrated experience (minimum of two separate engagements) as an Agile Coach in an agile software development environmentExperience helping teams transition to agile software development methodologies (leading role preferable) from a waterfall methodologyPreferred SkillsSignificant experience successfully facilitating agile ceremonies involving the customer and product ownerExperience assisting teams in setting up development environments that enable test-driven development, automated builds and automated acceptance testingExperience with at least one medium to large Scaled Agile program (4 or more teams; 40+ development personnel) in a Coaching or Management CapacityExperience with one or more of the following: JIRA, Git, Jenkins, Bamboo, Chef, PuppetFamiliarity with current Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, DSDM, LeSS)ResponsibilitiesThe Agile Coach will help mid to large sized Agile program (2+ teams, 20-40+ staff) transition from traditional Waterfall to Agile.The Agile Coach will participate in / facilitate Agile ceremonies, mentor agile teams that are new to agile practices, collaborate with Scrum Masters, Agency Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and executives to foster collaboration across the teams.
