Agile Champion Amex experience preferred together with foundational tech skills Hybrid on site Amex New York OR Florida
Oversees the planning coordination and execution of technologyfocused projects ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
Strong project management skills together with Detailed Knowledge of AgileScrum
Supports Program Increment PI Planning meetings and technical alignment discussions with leadership product management and delivery teams to ensure strategic alignment and readiness
Facilitates Agile Ceremonies across multiple Delivery Teams
Drives project quality by improving process gaps and increase efficiency and productivity
Ensures compliance with Software Development Life Cycle SDLC standards across the Scrum Teams
Tracks and reports financial spend across all funding lines
Live the Agile and SAFe Values and Principles
Champion a learning culture to drive continuous improvements and standardization
Proven track record in Technical Project Delivery across all disciplines including Agile Scrum Kaban
Skills
