Job Family: IT Project ManagementTravel Required: Up to 10%Clearance Required: Active SecretWhat You Will Do Facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) events, including Program Increment (PI) Planning, ART Syncs, and System Demos for the ERP+ Program.Escalate and track program-level impediments, manage risks, and resolve dependencies across all ERP+ development teams.Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets to ensure alignment with DoW mission objectives.Assist with execution and Feature completion tracking, ensuring transparency, predictability, and a continuous flow of value.Drive relentless improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops and regularly assess the agility level of the ART.What You Will Need An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED “SECRET” Federal or DoW security clearance.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, IT Management, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum of TEN (10) years of demonstrable experience as a Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach in large‑scale enterprise environments.Active SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification or equivalent advanced Agile framework credential.Proven track record of guiding complex Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) transformations, modernizations, or large system integrations.Exceptional stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and program leadership.Nice to Have Familiarity with Department of War (DoW) acquisition processes, IL5 security environments, and military compliance standards.Hands‑on technical experience with major ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or complex data migration strategies.Advanced proficiency in Agile Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools such as Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, or similar tracking platforms.The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00–$216,000.00.
