    We are seeking experienced Enterprise Agile Coaches to support a large-scale Agile Product Transformation initiative. These consultants will work closely with product teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership to drive Agile adoption, improve collaboration, and enhance delivery outcomes across the organization. This is primarily a remote role; however, candidates must be available to work onsite when required.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and LeSS.

    • Support enterprise-level Agile transformation and change management initiatives.

    • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and Agile maturity assessments.

    • Guide teams in adopting Agile, DevOps, and continuous improvement practices.

    • Partner with product teams to improve delivery, collaboration, and business value realization.

    • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and cross-functional teams during the transformation journey.

    Required Skills:

    • Change Management (4–6+ years)

    • Advanced Communication Skills (4–6+ years)

    • Business Case Development (4–6+ years)

    • Project Management (4–6+ years)

    • Project Planning (4–6+ years)

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with Lean Portfolio Management and product-centric practices.

    • Knowledge of organizational behavior and change management principles.

    • Strong background in metrics-driven Agile coaching.

    • Understanding of CI/CD, automated testing, DevOps, and Lean principles.

    • Proven ability to foster continuous learning and improvement within teams.

    Technical Expertise:

    • Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS

    • Agile transformation and coaching

    • Systems thinking and enterprise collaboration

    • CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

    • Automated testing and Agile engineering practices
