    Job Description

    Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Agile Delivery Lead / Release Train Engineer (RTE) for their Charlotte, NC location.

    Responsibilities:

    Planning at Scale

    • Prepare and facilitate BRP and I&A events.
    • Coordinate post-BRP activities and summarize outcomes.
    • Lead monthly and product-specific planning activities.
    • Drive cross-functional collaboration.

    Drive Execution

    • Drive Agile rhythms and routines.
    • Manage delivery progress against commitments.
    • Promote continuous delivery, technical excellence, AI tools adoption, DORA metrics, and technology initiatives.
    • Advance DevOps maturity and CI/CD practices.
    • Manage dependencies, risks, and impediments across teams.
    • Improve execution maturity through collaboration and best practices

    Flow Optimization

    • Manage end-to-end feature backlog.
    • Track and improve product flow and value delivery metrics.

    Relentless Improvement

    • Drive continuous improvements across processes, tools, metrics, and practices.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for workstream implementation.

    Sustained Coaching

    • Coach teams on Agile transformation, SDLC, Time Tracking, ECM, TCM, Annual Planning, and organizational standards.
    • Guide teams on POM, Agile Playbook, EFT, ERFT, and RDL responsibilities and practices.

    Success Metrics

    • Develop and leverage dashboards to improve predictability and execution.
    • Track roadmap delivery metrics including Objective Predictability, CI/CO achievement, and other delivery KPIs

    Requirements:

    • SAFe/Agile delivery experience
    • Release Train Engineering (RTE)
    • SDLC and DevOps
    • CI/CD and DORA Metrics
    • Backlog, dependency, risk, and stakeholder management
    • Strong facilitation, planning, and coaching skills
    • Banking/Financial Services experience preferred
    • Years of Experience: 9.00 Years of Experience
