Agile Delivery Manager

We are seeking a Delivery Manager to lead agile delivery and ensure timely, high-quality execution of digital product initiatives. This role combines Scrum Master and Project Management responsibilities, working closely with Product, UX, and Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own planning and delivery across Planning Increments, sprints, and releases
• Translate product roadmaps into clear execution plans and milestones
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and maintain team velocity and backlog health
• Partner with engineering on delivery, releases, and production readiness
• Manage risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies
• Provide regular reporting on delivery health, metrics, and KPIs
• Maintain documentation in Jira and Confluence
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in Project Management or Scrum Master roles
• 3+ years of experience in IT environments
• Experience leading cross-functional, matrixed teams
• Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Agile/Scrum certifications preferred;PMI or Lean Six Sigma a plus

Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote
