Job Summary:
The Agile Delivery Manager enables predictable, high-quality delivery across multiple RealTime Engineering squads. Supporting Product Delivery Managers, this role ensures teams operate effectively within agile frameworks, remove delivery impediments, and maintain alignment with engineering and operational standards.
This role focuses on driving delivery flow, transparency, and continuous improvement across squads working in low latency, high reliability RealTime systems. The position requires strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive day-to-day delivery flow across multiple squads ensuring commitments are met and blockers are resolved
Support Product Delivery Managers in maintaining backlogs, sprint goals, and forecasting
Ensure adherence to engineering and operational standards including Definition of Ready/Done and DevSecOps practices
Facilitate agile ceremonies including planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives
Manage cross-team dependencies and track them to resolution
Maintain delivery visibility, aligning sequencing, capacity, and risks
Support integration across engineering, platform, architecture, and tooling teams
Provide accurate delivery reporting to stakeholders and leadership
Ensure data accuracy in tools such as Jira and Clarity
Track risks, issues, and impediments with clear mitigation plans
Required Experience:
Proven experience delivering technology products using agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
Experience managing multiple squads or workstreams
Strong leadership experience managing global teams and mentoring less experienced members
Experience working in complex, high-throughput or time-critical environments
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Data-driven approach using metrics and tools to improve delivery outcomes
Nice-to-Have Experience:
Experience with RealTime systems or low latency engineering
Background in financial markets or market data environments
Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and platform engineering
Experience managing multi-vendor delivery environments
Agile certifications such as Scrum Master or Kanban Practitioner
