REQUIRED:
TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION YOU MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE TS/SCI W/ FULL SCOPE POLYGRAPH SECURITY CLEARANCE (U.S. CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED)
The Work: Responsibilities depend on experience level. Typical duties include:
• Execute test plans consisting of manual and automated test cases. Report status and results of test execution.
• Analyze system requirements, system descriptions, and concept of operations documents to develop evaluation and test plans and procedures.
• Prepare for and conduct data collection and analysis.
• Work with other test organizations to support test and evaluation program integration.
Preferred skills:
• Familiar with Atlassian tool suite (Jira, Confluence, TestRay / SynapseRT)
• Familiar with basic Linux tools
• Web browser-based testing tools (Playwright, Selenium, etc.)
• Other test tools (Cucumber, Gherkin, Jmeter, Swagger, etc.)
Analyze, design, verify, validate, implement, apply and maintain software systems. Appropriately apply discrete mathematics, probability and statistics, and other relevant topics in computer science and supporting disciplines to complex software systems. Generalize techniques, as appropriate, to apply to multiple domains. Develop and provide appropriate documentation and training. Present briefings and demonstrations to stakeholders
Years Requirement:
A Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience. An Associate's degree plus 8 years of relevant experience or high school diploma/GED plus 10 years of experience may be considered for individuals with in-depth experience that is clearly related to the position.
Certifications count as a year experience
Degree Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
Degree can be waiver for technical experience in domain skillsets outlined the requisition posting. Certifications count as a year experience.

Compensation: We are committed to providing fair and competitive compensation. The salary range for this position is $78,000 to $250,000 per year. This range reflects the compensation offered across the locations where we hire. The exact salary will be determined based on the candidate's work location, specific role, skill set, and level of expertise.
