Enter Job Description... Agile Coach / Transformation Specialist To support Agile operating model implementation, ceremonies, backlog management, sprint tracking, and release planning. Azure DevOps (ADO) Engineer To configure and mature ADO environment (boards, repos, pipelines, dashboards). Data Governance Specialist To refine governance charter, metadata standards, and implement dashboards. Knowledge Management (KM) Analyst To design SharePoint Knowledge Library, taxonomy, and integrate documentation with ADO. Business Process Improvement (BPI) Analyst To conduct process mapping, retrospectives, and continuous improvement cycles. Change Management Specialist To lead stakeholder engagement, training, communication, adoption monitoring, and sustainment planning. Project Manager (PM) To oversee delivery, ensure PMI-PMBOK compliance, manage timelines, and coordinate reporting. 2. Duration One-year engagement (12 months), aligned to milestone schedule: Kickoff (Month 1) Change Management Practice (Month 12). 3. Working Location On-site or hybrid in Vermont (Green Mountain Care Board / Agency of Digital Services). 4. Job Duties (per role) Agile Coach : Train staff, co-establish workflows, deliver pilot sprint results. ADO Engineer : Integrate ADO with Databricks, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate, Teams. Data Governance Specialist : Review governance charter, co-implement dashboards, deliver playbook v1.0. KM Analyst : Deploy SharePoint structure, modernize templates, ensure traceability. BPI Analyst : Map processes, deliver measurable workflow improvements. Change Management Specialist : Conduct readiness assessments, training, communication, adoption monitoring.
