Job Summary:
This role involves driving technical product evolution by analyzing current systems, researching market trends, and translating them into actionable backlog items. You will facilitate agile processes, remove impediments, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful product implementation and user satisfaction. The position offers opportunities for growth from junior to senior levels, focusing on delivering innovative technical solutions within an agile framework.
Key Responsibilities:- Review systems, recommend features/fixes, and manage the product backlog.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and protect the team.
- Research market trends and create product requirements documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for buy-in, acceptance testing, and training.
- Analyze post-release product metrics to optimize user experience and performance.
Must-Have Skills:- 2+ years of agile experience.
- Product Owner experience, including backlog refinement and user story writing.
- Experience with AWS and API management integration.
