- Focus on guiding and mentoring Product Owners and Product Managers
- Utilize Agile and Lean methodologies; certification in Agile and Lean required
- Collaborate within the Hangar Team, part of an enterprise training and coaching group
- Support enterprise-level product and technology transformation initiatives
- Engage with several coaches in a team-driven, collaborative environment
- Nice to have: Experience in airline product management and product transformation coaching
