Cigna Healthcare Global Health Benefits is looking for an Agile Product Manager to help shape products that support international health benefits. In this role, you will guide the product vision for Policy Administration System scrum teams and help improve how our North America region supports global health business needs. You will connect customer insight, business strategy, and agile delivery so teams can build solutions that are useful, sustainable, and meaningful. Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or product ownership related role.
Experience working with agile teams to plan, prioritize, and deliver product or technology solutions.
Ability to turn business needs into clear product direction, roadmap priorities, features, acceptance considerations, and measurable outcomes.
Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and practical way.
Proven ability to build trusted relationships across business, technology, portfolio, and delivery teams.
Strong judgment, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Ability to work with international stakeholders across regions and time zones.

Preferred Qualifications
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 99,000 - 165,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
