Job Title: Agile Product Owner
Location: San Antonio, TX or Plano, TX (Onsite from day one, Remote NOT allowed)

Job Description: Seeking an experienced Agile Product Owner with strong expertise in the Banking and Financial Services domain, ideally with exposure to AML, Fraud, Investment management / Capital Markets. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in Agile/SAFe Agile environments, serves as the voice of the business, and partners closely with cross functional Agile teams to deliver high impact features and capabilities.
8+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related roles.
Strong domain knowledge in Banking/Financial Services, preferably retail / consumer banking or Capital Markets
Hands on experience working as a Product Owner in Agile or SAFe Agile environments.
Strong understanding of business processes, regulatory requirements, and operational workflows.
Experience with Jira, backlog management, and agile delivery practices.
Ability to analyze, interpret, and document business requirements with clarity and precision.
Experience with business rule configuration, UAT, and validation activities.
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organized, detail oriented, and proactive.
Ability to lead complex initiatives and deliver creative, business focused solutions.
