Agile Project Manager (Scrum/SAFe/Kanban)

Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Agile Project Manager (Scrum/SAFe/Kanban) for their Middletown¸ NJ/Atlanta, GA/Dallas, TX location.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile project delivery, managing scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track project progress, milestones, KPIs, and SLAs through dashboards and status reporting.
• Manage risks, dependencies, issues, and maintain RAID logs with proactive escalation and mitigation.
• Ensure governance, SDLC compliance, and alignment with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and lessons learned.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Agile Project Management using Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban frameworks.
• Expertise in project planning, resource management, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
• Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, RAID logs, and project governance.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and risk management skills.
• 8+ years of IT Project Management experience, with significant experience leading Agile programs.
• Proven success delivering enterprise technology initiatives using Agile frameworks.
• Experience managing distributed, cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications.
• Experience managing large-scale technology or telecom projects.
