Agile Scrum Master (Data Analytics) - (Remote)
We are seeking an Agile Scrum Master (Data Analytics) to join a leading global aerospace company. In this role, you will lead Agile Scrum ceremonies while leveraging Jira, data analytics, and advanced Excel reporting to transform project data into actionable insights, monitor delivery performance, identify risks, and drive on-time, high-quality project execution through continuous process improvement.
This is a 12-month contract (extensions likely), 40-hour-per-week (4-day 10-hour shifts per week) role, and this is a Remote role in the US.
This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.
Responsibilities
- A Scrum Master with a strong data analytics background will prioritize turning large volumes of project data into clear, actionable insights that accelerate delivery and improve quality.
- Core responsibilities include designing, configuring, and maintaining Jira Structures to surface real time performance metrics; building and automating sophisticated Excel reports using visuals such as pivot tables for resource utilization, risk registers, and variance analysis.
- Analyzing extensive Jira and IMS data to produce concise, data rich status reports, forecasts, and executive summaries that translate technical metrics into strategic business recommendations; and developing automated monitoring mechanisms, to flag schedule slippage, resource constraints, and quality deviations for timely intervention.
- In addition, the role involves leading daily stand ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives while coaching the team on Scrum principles; acting as the primary liaison between the Scrum team and project management; and continuously identifying opportunities to streamline Scrum and reporting processes using analytics, thereby increasing productivity and transparency.
Requirements
- 8+ years' experience as Scrum Master.
- 6+ years strong data analytics background
- Bachelor's Degree
