Location: Irving, Texas 75039, USA (Preferred Onsite - Hybrid)

Payrate: $58 on c2c/$48 on w2

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master with Oracle Cloud CPQ implementation experience to lead Agile delivery for Oracle Cloud CPQ initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Scrum practices, Agile delivery, and Oracle CPQ implementations, with the ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration across CPQ, CRM, and ERP teams. This role requires driving Agile best practices, enabling high-performing teams, and ensuring successful delivery of Oracle Cloud CPQ solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Agile & Scrum Facilitation

• Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more Oracle Cloud CPQ Agile teams.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews/Demos, and Retrospectives.
• Ensure adherence to Scrum principles and Agile best practices.
• Coach Agile teams on self-organization, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments and shield teams from external disruptions and unplanned work.
• Coordinate dependencies across Oracle CPQ, CRM, ERP, and other integrated application teams.

Oracle Cloud CPQ Delivery Enablement

• Enable Agile delivery across Oracle Cloud CPQ modules including:

• Product Configuration

• Pricing & Discounting

• Approval Workflows

• Commerce Processes

• Quote Documents (Document Designer)

• Support iterative and risk-aware delivery aligned with business priorities.

• Demonstrate a solid understanding of Lead-to-Quote (L2Q) and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) business processes.

• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Backlog & User Story Management

• Partner with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized and well-groomed product backlog.

• Review and validate user stories to ensure:

• Clear business objectives

• Well-defined acceptance criteria

• Integration and regression impact assessment

• Facilitate story estimation using Planning Poker, T-shirt sizing, and other Agile estimation techniques.

• Identify and mitigate risks related to ambiguous or under-defined requirements.

Agile Metrics & Reporting

• Monitor Agile delivery health using key metrics including:

• Team Velocity

• Sprint Predictability

• Cycle Time

• Burndown and Burn-up Charts

• Track sprint progress and provide status reporting to stakeholders.

• Drive continuous improvement through retrospective action items and process optimization.

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, QA teams, Architects, and Business Stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication across distributed teams and external vendors.
• Ensure transparency in sprint execution, release planning, and dependency management.

Required Technical & Functional Skills

Agile & Scrum Expertise

• 8-10 years of experience in Agile project delivery.

• Strong hands-on experience as a Scrum Master.

• Expertise in Scrum framework with working knowledge of SAFe and Kanban.

• Proven experience facilitating:

• Sprint Planning

• Daily Stand-ups

• Sprint Reviews

• Retrospectives

• Backlog Grooming/Refinement

• Experience with Agile estimation techniques such as Planning Poker and T-shirt sizing.

Oracle Cloud CPQ

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud CPQ implementations.

• Strong understanding of:

• Product Configuration

• Pricing & Discounting

• Approval Workflows

• Commerce

• Document Designer

• Knowledge of Lead-to-Quote (L2Q) and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) business processes.

• Experience coordinating Oracle CPQ implementations integrated with CRM and ERP systems.

Agile Tools

• Strong experience with Jira and/or Azure DevOps for:

• Backlog Management

• Sprint Tracking

• Release Planning

• Agile Reporting

• Experience using dashboards and Agile metrics to improve team performance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM I/II, or equivalent Agile certification.
• SAFe Scrum Master or SAFe Agilist certification is a plus.
• Experience in enterprise Oracle Cloud implementation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching abilities.
