Introduction

This individual will help oversee the delivery and execution of feature delivery teams within the Global Financial Crimes space while supporting the team to meet enterprise agile transformation goals. They will collaborate with a team of Scrum Masters and project managers to develop and drive cross-portfolio initiatives aimed at scaling and incorporating mandatory enterprise routines for application management and governance into traditional agile routines, improving end-to-end team collaboration, and enhancing visibility of delivery across the portfolio.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master leading Agile teams
• Cross-portfolio delivery and scaling initiatives
• Application management and governance within Agile environments
• Enterprise change management and compliance integration
• Domain expertise in Global Financial Crimes (e.g., AML, KYC)

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for the company on W2
• Strong facilitation and conflict resolution abilities to support team dynamics
• Effective communication and situational awareness for managing stakeholder expectations and feedback

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead the Scrum team in achieving higher levels of agile maturity
• Facilitate self-organization within the Scrum team
• Support the team in removing impediments
• Resolve conflicts and issues that arise
