Agile Scrum Master- Lead

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coach the organization in Scrum adoption and Agile best practices.
  • Plan and support Scrum implementations across the organization.
  • Help employees and stakeholders understand and apply Scrum principles and empirical product development.
  • Recommend and implement changes to improve Scrum Team productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure the Product Owner effectively manages and prioritizes the Product Backlog to maximize business value.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and events as needed.
  • Coach Development Teams in self-organization and cross-functionality.
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to drive successful project delivery.

Qualifications:
  • Strong experience as a Scrum Master and Technical Project Manager.
  • Hands-on experience with SAFe Agile methodologies.

  • Understanding of Cyber Security and Information Security concepts.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
