Agile Scrum Master

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master with Oracle Cloud CPQ implementation experience to lead Agile delivery for Oracle CPQ initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing Agile delivery, and coordinating cross-functional teams across Oracle CPQ, CRM, ERP, and integration platforms.

This role requires a strong understanding of Oracle Cloud CPQ, Quote-to-Cash processes, Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and enterprise-scale implementation programs.

Key Responsibilities

Agile & Scrum Leadership

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Oracle Cloud CPQ Agile teams.

• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including:

• Sprint Planning

• Daily Stand-ups

• Sprint Reviews

• Retrospectives

• Backlog Refinement

• Coach teams on Scrum principles, Agile best practices, and continuous improvement.

• Remove impediments impacting team productivity.

• Protect Agile teams from external disruptions and unplanned work.

Oracle Cloud CPQ Delivery

Support Agile delivery across Oracle Cloud CPQ modules including:

• Product Configuration
• Pricing & Discounting
• Approval Workflows
• Commerce Processes
• Document Designer

Demonstrate strong understanding of:

• Lead-to-Quote (L2Q)
• Quote-to-Cash (Q2C)
• Quote-to-Order (Q2O)

Ensure incremental delivery aligned with business priorities and program objectives.

Backlog & User Story Management

• Partner with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.

• Validate user stories for:

• Business value

• Acceptance criteria

• Integration impacts

• Regression considerations

• Facilitate story estimation using Agile estimation techniques including:

• Planning Poker

• T-Shirt Sizing

• Identify gaps and risks in requirements before development begins.

Dependency & Integration Management

Coordinate dependencies across:

• Oracle Cloud CPQ
• Oracle Sales Cloud / Salesforce
• Oracle ERP Cloud
• Oracle Order Management
• Oracle Pricing
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• MuleSoft
• Boomi

Work closely with Release Managers, Architects, and other Scrum Masters to ensure successful cross-team delivery.

Risk & Issue Management

• Identify delivery risks and blockers.

• Resolve issues related to:

• Configuration complexity

• Pricing logic

• Approval workflows

• Environment availability

• Escalate risks with mitigation recommendations.

• Maintain transparency through regular status reporting.

Agile Metrics & Reporting

Track and report Agile delivery metrics including:

• Team Velocity
• Sprint Predictability
• Burndown/Burn-up Charts
• Cycle Time
• Carry-over Analysis
• Defect Trends

Provide actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders for continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with:

• Sales Operations
• Pricing Teams
• Finance
• Business Users
• IT Teams
• Program Management

Ensure sprint reviews and demos communicate business value and delivery outcomes effectively.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.

• 8-10+ years of Oracle Cloud CPQ implementation/support experience.

• Strong experience as an Agile Scrum Master in enterprise environments.

• Hands-on experience with:

• Oracle Cloud CPQ

• Scrum Framework

• Jira and/or Azure DevOps

• Strong understanding of:

• Quote-to-Cash (Q2C)

• Lead-to-Quote (L2Q)

• Pricing

• Product Configuration

• Approval Workflows

• CPQ Integrations

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across CRM, ERP, and middleware platforms.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certification.

• Experience with:

• Oracle Sales Cloud

• Salesforce CRM

• Oracle ERP Cloud

• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

• MuleSoft

• Boomi

• Working knowledge of:

• BML

• BMQL

• CPQ data structures

• Experience in Sales Operations, Pricing Governance, or Revenue Operations.

• Exposure to large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation programs.
