The Opportunity - Assistant General Manager in Wilmington, DE

We are hiring an Assistant General Manager for our Wilmington, DE location. This is a hands-on leadership role for an AGM who can run a great shift, develop a strong team, and help drive sales and guest satisfaction in a busy, scratch environment.

This Assistant General Manager opportunity in Wilmington, DE reports directly to the General Manager and is a key part of the management team.

What You'll Do as Assistant General Manager:

• Lead FOH operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences during high-volume service
• Train, coach, and motivate a team of 30+ hourly team members and supervisors
• Partner with GM and culinary team on staffing, scheduling, labor and cost controls
• Uphold standards for service, cleanliness, safety, and compliance
• Drive sales through hospitality, community involvement, and operational excellence
• Own opening/closing responsibilities and problem-solve in real time

What You Bring:

• 2+ years as an AGM, or Senior Manager in a full-service, high-volume restaurant (polished casual / casual fine dining preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest recovery skills
• Working knowledge of P&L, labor management, inventory, and restaurant systems
• Passion for hospitality, coaching, and building culture
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
