Must have a regular driver's license. Requires 3 months farm experience. Job description: We need seasonal employees to assist with our corn, wheat and sorghum crop production season. Our help is needed during the times requested due to planting, growing and harvesting season. Job duties will include: operate tractors, planters, sprayers, seed drills, irrigation equipment, operate other farm equipment, engage in planting, weeding, spraying and/or harvesting activities, fertilize, dust, and spray crops, load and unload crops or materials, manually or using conveyors, forklifts, or transfer augers, mix specified materials or chemicals, and dump solutions, powders, or seeds into machinery, observe and listen to machinery operation to detect equipment malfunctions, weigh crop-filled containers, and record weights and other identifying information, attach equipment extensions or accessories, operate equipment to harvest crops, complete maintenance and repairs on irrigation equipment, record agricultural data, drive farm trucks to haul crops, supplies, and tools, inspect, adjust, and complete routine maintenance and repa Anticipated hours of work per week: 70 hours per week Schedule: 7am to 8pm. Mon - Friday 12 hours day. Sat 10 hours day.
