What You’ll Do
You’ll take ownership of a territory and drive growth by:
- Meeting face-to-face with farmers and customers (this is NOT a desk job)
- Prospecting and closing new business
- Growing existing accounts through strong relationships
- Identifying customer needs and recommending the right feed solutions
- Attending trade shows and industry events
- Tracking activity, opportunities, and performance
- Partnering with internal teams to deliver great service

What You Bring
- Experience in outside sales, agriculture, feed, or dairy (preferred)
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Ability to identify opportunities and close deals
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Valid Wisconsin driver’s license
- Degree in Dairy Science or related field is a plus; but real-world experience matters just as much.
