Responsibilities
Teach basic gardening and plant care
Lead hands-on planting and garden activities
Introduce concepts of nutrition and sustainability
Encourage teamwork and environmental stewardship
Qualifications
Gardening, agriculture, or environmental education experience
Experience working with children preferred
Comfortable with outdoor instruction
