Position Summary:
The Hemp Inspector will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to the cultivation, processing, and sale of hemp products. This role includes conducting inspections at retail locations and growing facilities to verify that operations meet the required standards. The inspector will also provide guidance to growers and retailers to help them maintain compliance.

The selected candidate will be required to pass a background investigation as a condition of employment. Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED and two (2) years of experience in the area of assignment; or two (2) years of college, which included 12 semester hours or 20 quarter hours in chemistry or life sciences and two (2) years of experience in a directly job-related area; or two (2) years of experience required at the lower level Agriculture Inspector 2 (RCT041) or position equivalent.Equal Employment Opportunity Employer
