CATEGORY/LEVEL: Faculty (9-month contract)
BASIC FUNCTION: The instructor is responsible for delivering agriculture and agronomy instruction, facilitating student learning and success, and developing curriculum and strategies that address the needs of students, industry partners, and the agricultural community. Instruction will be delivered across multiple modalities and pedagogical approaches, including classroom-based instruction and experiential, hands-on learning opportunities. In consultation with the Dean, the instructor will oversee farm lab crop activities, ensuring effective support for daily operations. The instructor will engage in agriculture and agronomy initiatives, including community outreach, student recruitment, and industry partnerships.
