Part Time Maintenance Assistant for River Ranch Oregon Olive Oil

Hours Tuesdays & Wednesdays from 7:30am - 4:00pm with a 30-minute lunch. Possibly of different days might be available.

As our Maintenance Assistant, you’ll be the hands and heart that keep our ranch running smoothly. From maintaining the health of our groves to ensuring our facilities and equipment are in top shape, your work will directly support the quality of every drop of olive oil we produce. You’ll help create an environment where our trees thrive, our team works efficiently, and our guests experience the magic of the ranch.

What You'll Do

• Assist in the upkeep of ranch facilities, including irrigation systems, fencing, and storage areas.

• Support the maintenance of harvesting and processing equipment to ensure smooth production.

• Perform routine landscaping tasks—mowing, trimming, and caring for the olive groves and surround property.

• Help with seasonal projects such as preparing for harvest or planting new trees.

• Monitor and report any repairs or safety concerns promptly.

• Collaborate with the ranch team to keep operations efficient and safe.

What You'll Bring

• Hands-on experience in general maintenance, landscaping, or agricultural work (or a strong willingness to learn).

• Basic knowledge of tools, machinery, and safety practices.

• A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Physical stamina to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• A genuine appreciation for sustainable farming and quality food production.
