Agronomy Customer Service Representative
Location: Hastings, NE
Pay: $22-25/hour depending on experience
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8: 00 AM 5: 00 PM

Are you detail-oriented, customer-focused and looking for a career in the agricultural industry? We're seeking an Agronomy Customer Service Representative to support customers, sales staff and daily operations while delivering exceptional service and ensuring account accuracy.
What You'll Do

  • Provide outstanding customer service to customers and team members

  • Maintain customer accounts, contracts, invoices and prepayments

  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Assist with customer service processes and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Support sales staff with administrative tasks and customer information

  • Track and report program data and customer account activity

  • Verify customer orders, pricing details and account information

  • Help maintain standard operating procedures and department records
What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment

  • Valid driver's license required
Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Minimum of two years of related customer service, administrative, office or agricultural experience preferred

  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
Schedule Expectations
While standard hours are Monday - Friday, 8: 00 AM 5: 00 PM, additional early mornings, evenings and occasional weekends may be required during peak agronomy and harvest seasons.
