Agronomy Operations Supervisor

AGRONOMY OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR - PIERRON, ILTop Ag Cooperative | Full-Time | Exempt

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for agriculture and operations? Top Ag Cooperative is looking for an Agronomy Operations Supervisor to lead our Pierron, IL team - overseeing custom field applicators, tender drivers, and agronomy operations staff in one of Southern Illinois's most respected agricultural cooperatives.

What You'll Do

Lead, develop, and hold accountable a team of agronomy operations staff. Oversee inventory management, equipment and facility maintenance, and regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, DOT). Partner with the Agronomy Manager and Logistics Coordinator to keep operations running safely and efficiently through every season.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Plant and Soil Science, or related field
• 5+ years of agronomy operations experience
• Supervisory experience preferred
• CDL with HazMat endorsement preferred; Illinois Commercial Applicator License preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
