The Program Development Coordinator VISTA Volunteer will increase capacity for the whole organization. To ensure long-term sustainability, the volunteer will focus on capacity building, research, systems development, documentation, and sustainability, and support new and expanded program development for the Resilient Church Collective. Research programming opportunities for Resilient Church Collective program. Identify and document at least 12 potential workshop or training topics that align with the needs of churches, ministry leaders, and community organizations. Develop and maintain a community partnership database of churches, nonprofits, educational institutions, and community organizations for future program outreach and collaboration. Establish a centralized system for organizing and maintaining program participation and evaluation data. Prepare quarterly evaluation summaries that identify trends, participant feedback, and recommendations for program improvement.
