AI Adoption Analyst

Overview

Delivers AI (including GenAI), data science, and advanced analytics solutions that support enterprise risk priorities. Translates business needs into analytically sound use cases, prepares data, builds models, and supports deployment to improve outcomes and operational efficiency. Partners with data, technology, and business teams and works within established governance and data management standards.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Duties & Responsibilities:

Solution Delivery and Technical Execution - Build models/analytical solutions and assist with feature engineering, validation, and performance monitoring. Contribute to AI/advanced analytics use cases aligned to ERM and line-of-business objectives.

Data Management and Architecture Alignment - Prepare/curate datasets; align to enterprise data strategy and standards for BI, data management, and analytics.

Governance, Risk, and Compliance - Apply AI and data governance policies; document assumptions, controls, and lineage to ensure integrity, security, and compliance.

Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication - Translate findings into insights; present results and recommendations to partners and stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement - Stay current with AI/GenAI trends and tools; suggest enhancements to internal solution delivery.

Position Specific Skills:

Strategic Planning

Experience in technology infrastructure management

Understanding of data warehousing and transformation as well as extract, transform, and load processes

Knowledge of database platforms, architectures, and application designs that cross those platforms

AI/GenAI and advanced analytics solution delivery

Qualifications:

Minimum Required Education and Experience: Bachelor''s Degree and 4 years'' experience OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 8 years'' experience in Data management, information technology, financial services, enterprise risk management, or related disciplines with hands-on AI/advanced analytics delivery.

Bachelor''s Degree and 4 years of experience in Data management, information technology, financial services, enterprise risk management, or related disciplines with hands-on AI/advanced analytics delivery. OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Data management, information technology, financial services, enterprise risk management, or related disciplines with hands-on AI/advanced analytics delivery.

Preferred:

• Advanced degree, certification, or equivalent experience in change management, organizational development, communications, learning, or a related field.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR or similar frameworks).
• Experience supporting organizational change, technology adoption, or employee engagement initiatives, ideally within a consulting or enterprise environment.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly communications, training, and enablement materials.
• Experience creating and delivering robust training programs.
• Experience measuring adoption, engagement, and business outcomes associated with technology implementations.

If hired in NY, the base pay for this position is generally between $143,000 and $190,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
