Job Duties:

• Support initiatives that promote AI adoption, digital literacy, and innovation across the organization.
• Help drive employee engagement programs focused on digital transformation and emerging technologies.
• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and presenting information to help identify opportunities for improving digital readiness and AI utilization.
• Contribute to communications, awareness campaigns, and learning initiatives that encourage the effective use of AI and digital tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share best practices, success stories, and innovative approaches to digital work.
• Support the creation and maintenance of digital content, knowledge-sharing resources, and employee enablement materials.
• Participate in projects related to change management, user adoption, and organizational digital transformation.
