AI Adoption & Enablement Engineer

Piper Companies is seeking an AI Adoption & Enablement Engineer to join an enterprise technology organization supporting the rollout of AI productivity tools across a global workforce. The AI Adoption & Enablement Engineer will drive adoption, training, and engagement for enterprise AI tools including Copilot, Claude, and similar platforms. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days onsite in Raleigh, NC or alternative locations in Tampa, FL; Bridgewater, NJ; or New York, NY. Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities for the AI Adoption & Enablement Engineer:

• Track and report on AI adoption metrics using Power BI and other analytics tools
• Build dashboards and provide insights to leadership on platform usage and impact
• Support training programs and workshops for enterprise AI tools
• Partner with Learning & Development and internal communications teams
• Manage internal user communities (e.g., Viva Engage) and drive engagement
• Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and support materials
• Gather user feedback and identify gaps in adoption and training
• Support license operations and user onboarding workflows

Requirements for the AI Adoption & Enablement Engineer:

• 3+ years of experience in technology adoption, enablement, analytics, or platform support
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
• Experience supporting enterprise tool rollouts or user adoption programs
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 environments and AI tools such as Copilot, Claude, or similar
• Experience working with end users, training programs, or L&D teams
• Experience with knowledge base creation and documentation
• Exposure to ServiceNow or ITSM tools for request tracking
• Strong communication skills and ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Compensation for the AI Adoption & Enablement Engineer:

• Salary range: $100,000 to $149,800, depending on experience
• Eligible for bonus and additional incentives
