Your Role

Akkodis is seeking an AI Agent Developer for a Contract with a client in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate with expertise in designing, developing, and deploying intelligent AI agents, RAG solutions, and LLM-powered applications to automate business processes and enhance decision-making.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

AI Agent Developer Job Responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI Agents and intelligent automation solutions using Python, LangChain, LangGraph, and leading LLM platforms such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, and Llama.

• Build and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, integrating enterprise knowledge sources to deliver accurate and context-aware AI responses.

• Develop prompt engineering strategies, agent workflows, memory management, and orchestration frameworks to optimize AI application performance.

• Design and integrate REST APIs, streaming services (SSE), and Snowflake Cortex solutions to support scalable AI-driven applications and data access requirements.

• Create and optimize SQL queries, data pipelines, and integrations with Snowflake databases to support AI model access and business intelligence needs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test, deploy, troubleshoot, and continuously improve AI solutions while following software development best practices and version control standards using GitHub.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

• 8-10 years of experience in software development, AI application development, and enterprise technology solutions.

• Strong hands-on expertise in Python, LangChain, LangGraph, Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI Agent development.

• Experience integrating and deploying Large Language Models (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama), Snowflake Cortex, REST APIs, SQL-based data solutions, and enterprise AI applications in production environments.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $53.00 per hour
