AI and Agentic Senior Collaboration Engineer Edison, NJ 08817 Onsite Flexibility (Remote %): Hybrid (3 Day onsite)-Toronto, Canada Years of Experience: 9+ years Key Responsibilities: Architect, build, and govern enterprise-grade solutions in Copilot Studio and Power Platform, enabling advanced AI agent capabilities across collaboration ecosystem. Design and deploy secure, compliant, and scalable agentic AI solutions integrated with Microsoft 365 and line-of-business applications. Lead technical initiatives, establish standards, and best practices for conversational design, prompt engineering, and multi-turn agent orchestration. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to business stakeholders while supporting development program. Establish quality assurance, telemetry, analytics, and continuous improvement processes to optimize adoption, reliability, and measurable business outcomes. Required Skills & Qualifications: 9+ years of experience in Information Technology, with a focus on Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and AI agent solutions. 7+ years of hands-on experience leading engineering or support teams within the Microsoft collaboration ecosystem. Advanced expertise in conversational AI, prompt engineering, solution ALM, and secure architecture. Experience with governance, data loss prevention, environmental strategy, and compliance for Power Platform and AI solutions. Strong hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and integrations with Microsoft Graph, Azure AD / Entra ID, and other cloud services. Experience: Experience architecting and deploying complex conversational agents, multi-step copilots, and custom connectors in enterprise environments. Deep understanding of governance, compliance, and security for AI and Power Platform technologies. Prior experience influencing strategy and leading adoption of AI and Power Platform technologies in a regulated industry. Experience managing analytics, telemetry, and operational reliability for AI-powered collaboration solutions.
