Role Description

• Lead design and implementation of AI and automation solutions
• Architect and build LLM-powered applications, AI agents, and intelligent automation frameworks
• Drive end-to-end delivery including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and scaling
• Lead PoCs, pilots, and enterprise AI/automation rollouts
• Define best practices for AI architecture, MLOps, and reusable accelerators
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, and IT teams to identify transformation opportunities
• Ensure solutions meet quality, performance, security, GxP, and HIPAA compliance standards
• Support solution demos and executive-level discussions

Must-Have Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in AI, automation, and enterprise application development
• LLM / Generative AI / AI Agents
• API Integration, Microservices, and Workflow Orchestration
• Structured & Unstructured Data Processing
• ETL Pipelines
• Azure Cloud / Azure AI Services
