Accellor is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Applied AI to build production-grade AI solutions for a leading global media and entertainment organization.

You'll work on AI initiatives across areas such as Studio Operations, Rights Management, and Finance, taking solutions from concept through production. This is a hands-on engineering role combining strong Python and Azure development with practical experience building LLM and RAG-powered applications.

• Design, build, and deploy production AI applications using Python and Azure.
• Build LLM-powered applications using prompt engineering, model integrations, tool calling, and AI workflows.
• Design and implement RAG solutions using embeddings, vector search, retrieval, knowledge grounding, and evaluation.
• Integrate AI applications with enterprise platforms, external APIs, databases, and Microsoft 365.
• Build scalable backend services, APIs, data models, and application integrations.
• Develop agentic AI workflows using tools such as MCP and multi-agent patterns where appropriate.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to turn ambiguous requirements into production solutions.
• Apply strong engineering practices around testing, security, observability, scalability, and performance.
