Job Summary We are seeking a hands-on AI Architect to lead the design and governance of enterprise GenAI and Agentic AI platforms focused on intelligent document processing and workflow automation. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure OpenAI, RAG pipelines, Agentic AI frameworks, and cloud-native architectures.
Must-Have Skills - 12+ years of experience in software/data engineering
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML or GenAI architecture
- Strong expertise in Azure OpenAI
- Hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) and vector databases/search
- Experience with LangGraph / Semantic Kernel
- Strong understanding of Agentic AI workflows and orchestration
- Experience with .NET Core and React
- Knowledge of AI governance, Responsible AI, PII masking, and hallucination control
- Experience designing cloud-native AI architectures
Key Responsibilities - Architect enterprise GenAI platforms using Azure OpenAI and AI orchestration frameworks
- Design and implement RAG pipelines using Azure AI Search and vector databases
- Build AI workflows for document extraction, enrichment, and automation
- Architect MCP integrations for web scraping, enrichment, and fuzzy matching
- Define AI governance, evaluation frameworks, and Responsible AI standards
- Drive scalable document processing pipelines for PDFs, emails, and unstructured data
- Collaborate with business and engineering teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions
Nice to Have - Experience in Insurance or Financial Services domain
- Exposure to intelligent document processing systems
- Experience with enterprise workflow automation
