Description:

Required Experience

10-15 years of experience in AI, ML, or enterprise architecture roles.

Proven track record architecting RAG systems, vector search, and LLM-based knowledge platforms.

Required Technical Skills

Programming & AI/ML

Python

Cloud ML platforms - Azure

Vector DBs (Pinecone, DB-Vector)

LangChain / LlamaIndex or similar orchestration frameworks

Fine-tuning & embeddings

AI & Data Technologies

Experience/familiarity with document chunking, knowledge graphs, and vectorization.

Expertise in Document AI, NLP, and unstructured data processing.

Architecture & Platform

Strong architectural skills across:

Data pipelines

APIs and event-driven systems

Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)

Security-by-design

Domain Experience:

Experience in financial services, preferably in commercial real estate credit, servicing, or asset management.
