Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $65,000 – $85,000 + Performance Bonuses

The Role
We're hiring an AI Automation Engineer to help us connect systems, automate workflows, optimize communication pipelines, and implement advanced AI-powered processes across the business.
You'll work directly with leadership to identify bottlenecks, engineer solutions, and build scalable automations that improve speed, efficiency, and output across multiple departments.
We want someone who understands how to make systems talk to each other and how to leverage AI tools to create real operational leverage.
What You'll Be Doing

Building and maintaining automations across multiple platforms and systems

Connecting software using APIs, webhooks, and custom integrations

Creating AI-powered workflows and operational tools

Streamlining communication systems and internal processes

Optimizing CRM workflows, outreach systems, and operational pipelines

Testing and implementing new AI tools and automation technologies

Troubleshooting broken workflows and improving system performance

Working alongside leadership to rapidly deploy new technical solutions
What We're Looking For
Required

Real-world experience building automations and integrations
-
Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and workflow logic

Experience with tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar platforms

Familiarity with AI tools and APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)

Ability to code in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages

Strong technical problem-solving ability

Comfortable figuring things out independently without hand-holding

Fast learner who thrives in high-speed environments
Huge Plus If You Have

Experience building AI-driven workflows or conversational systems

CRM integration experience

Experience with Twilio, SendGrid, Slack APIs, or communication platforms

Familiarity with LangChain, vector databases, MCPs, or AI orchestration tools
