We are seeking an innovative and dedicated Permanent AI Automation Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is a unique opportunity to pioneer and implement cutting-edge AI technologies to drive business efficiencies and profitability. As a Permanent AI Automation Manager, you will be at the forefront of our digital transformation journey, leveraging machine learning and analytics to revolutionize our sales processes and strategies. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and a proven track record in AI implementation, machine learning, and analytics.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development and implementation of AI automation strategies to optimize sales processes and drive growth.
2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI automation.
3. Develop machine learning models to predict customer behavior and sales trends.
4. Manage the integration of AI technologies into existing systems and processes.
5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of AI solutions and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
6. Stay updated on the latest AI trends and technologies and provide recommendations for their application.
7. Conduct regular training and workshops to increase AI literacy among staff.
8. Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the security, reliability, and efficiency of AI systems.
9. Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
10. Regularly report on the progress and impact of AI initiatives to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or a similar role.
3. Proven experience in developing and implementing AI solutions in the sales industry.
4. Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling.
5. Proficient in AI-related programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
8. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
9. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
10. Up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in AI and machine learning.
